Meeting of the Council of the Association Flainoise Held in The Auditorium Eric & Sylvie Boissonnas, Flaine Foret on 22 February at 2045.
Present:
- Christophe BOUJON;
- John Michael DICKINSON;
- Régis LARDENNOIS;
- Pierre TOCQUEVILLE.
Excused:
- Thomas HEPPEL.
As three seats on the Council have been vacated, the Council has replaced two of these by co‑option.
The following candidates were nominated:
- Annie CORNILLAT - with a mandate until 2011 (AGM of February 2012);
- Alain BAUDOUIN - with a mandate until 2011 (AGM of February 2012).
They will be presented on the WebSite (currently being updated).
In accordance with Article 8 of the Statutes, these nominations must be confirmed by a vote at the next General Meeting.
The following have been appointed to the Executive:
- Chairman: Pierre TOCQUEVILLE;
- Vice-Chairman: John Mike DICKINSON;
- Treasurer: Régis LARDENNOIS;
- Secretary: Thomas HEPPEL.
The meeting rose at 2100.
