The 2016 Annual General Meeting is called for Sunday the 28th of December 2016 at 1800, in the Eric et Sylvie Boissonnas Auditorium, Flaine-Forêt. Doors open at 1700.

The GM 2016 is called for Sunday the 28th of February 2016 at 1800, in the Eric et Sylvie Boissonnas Auditorium, Flaine-Forêt. Doors open at 1700.
In Accordance with the statutes modified at GM 2015, as a cost-saving and simplification measure, the calling notice and the documents submitted at the GM will be posted on the internet site, and sent by email ; only the members without valid email address will receive a postal mail.
So don’t wait for a postal mail to renew your membership, and you may also use the new internet form.
