This GM for 2011 will be held on Thursday December 30th 2010 at 18h, Auditorium Eric et Sylvie Boissonnas.
The doors will open at 17h, particularly for membership forms, and to review the association accounts on 2010.
The agenda to prepare this GM is as follows:
- around the 15th of November, publication of the invitations on this web site.
- before the end of November, publication of the documents linked to the GM. (the financial report will be updated early december, at the date of November 30th).
- early December, transmission of all these documents by postal and electronic mail.
Starting on the middle of December, publication of applications to the Council.
In order to provide a more friendly meeting, we plan to perform some presentations on the resort and the association with a projector.
Nota :
- the GM documents, in a temporary version, may already be watched on the private part of the web site reserved to members. An identifier is required, and may be requested to the webmaster (for members that didn’t yet do it).
- the membership form for year 2011 is available in the menu at the top of web pages, and may be used.
We hope we will see many of you at this GM..
