The Extraordinary meeting was held in the Eric & Sylvie Boissonnas Auditorium in Flaine. The meeting was quorate with 17 members present and 22 members represented.
The meeting was opened at 1830.
The proposed changes to each Article were read and voted on.

The revised Statutes have thus been adopted
The Chairman expressed his thanks to the Syndicat Intercommunal for making the Auditorium available, and further thanked the members who were present or represented.
The Extraordinary General Meeting concluded at 19:30.
